Progress on Plaza on K
Demolition has begun at 88 K Street, the first phase of The Plaza on K, a 825,000 sq. ft. office and retail development by DRI.  Phase I includes 290,000 square feet of first-class office space and 14,000 square feet of street-level retail space with floor-to-ceiling windows, Capitol views, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.  The Plaza on K, when completed, will be comprised of three LEEDŽ gold certified buildings with rooftop terraces, underground parking, a 10,000 square foot public plaza, 795,000 square feet of office space, and 30,000 square feet of retail space. Celebrate World Car Free Day Sept. 22nd
