Smooth Sensations Lunchtime Concert
William Wardlaw, on-street supervisor of the BID's Clean & Safe Team, entertained crowds at the noontime concert this Wednesday, singing lead with his band Smooth Sensations. Often compared to Luther Vandross, William sang a variety of hits including Motown and R&B, with the audience singing along to favorite songs. The BID's Clean & Safe team came to support William. Between his full-time job at the BID and his night-time gigs, William has managed to put together a cd with his band to be released in August!
Concerts are every Wednesday from noon - 2 pm at Tingey Plaza. Next week's lunchtime concert features Rebelicious country music! |
