Operations PlanThe Capitol Riverfront BID Operations Plan has been developed in partnership with property owners in the context of the proposed budget and BID revenues. The level of service provided is directly tied to the goals of the BID and the development of the BID budget. Each functional area of the Operating Plan is organized as follows: Goal - a listing of the desired outcome of the services provided. Program Response - the programs and services that can eliminate or improve the existing conditions and the overall quality of the BID. Performance Measures - benchmarks of success or accountability that measure performance of BID operations and services provided. |
