100 M Street is a 12-story Class A office building with ground floor retail space located at the corner of 1st and M Streets, SE adjacent to the Navy Yard Metro Station, across the street from the 1.2 million square-foot Department of Transportation headquarters, and within walking distance of Nationals Park.  Parsons Engineering is the lead tenant in the building occupying more than 80,000 square feet.  Other tenants in clude Orbis, Battelle, and CDI Marine.

The design features windows on all four sides, with multiple corner offices, and incorporates outdoor spaces for occupants including a roof-top deck and a ground-level landscaped plaza for dining.

There is a SunTrust bank in one of the ground floor retail bays.  Currently there is 8,500 sq. ft. of retail space available located on the high visible corner of First and M Streets.
