Akridge will develop the west side of Half Street between M and N Streets, SE, part of the urban gateway leading to the Nationals Park baseball stadium.  Akridge at Half Street will comprise 370,000 SF of office space, 75,000 SF of retail space including an urban marketplace called "The Via", and 280 residential units overlooking Nationals Park and the river.  The project could begin construction as early as the 4Q 2010.
