600 M Street will have 500,000 sq. ft. of office space and 20,500 sq. ft. of retail space at street level and two to three levels of parking below grade. This project is part of the revitalization of the Arthur Capper/Carrollsburg Dwellings will create a socially vibrant neighborhood from an outmoded public housing site. The transformation is supported by a $35 million HOPE VI grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and administered by the D.C. Housing Authority.
