Townhouses in the first phase of Capitol Quarter are complete and occupied. Phase two is currently under construction and is about 50% sold out. The 163 homes in phase two are expected to be complete by the end of 2012. Homes include affordable rental homes, affordable workforce homes for purchase, and market-rate townhomes from the $700s. The for-sale workforce and market-rate townhomes include garage parking and up to 4 bedrooms. All of the homes in phase two will be built to LEED for Homes green building standards.   

The entire project totaling 323 homes will encompass the area bound by Virginia Avenue to the north, 5th Street to the east, 3rd street to the west, and L Street to the South.
