Both the first and second phase of the Capitol Quarter Townhome development have been completed.  Homes include affordable rental homes, affordable workforce homes for purchase, and market-rate townhomes that initially sold from the $700s. The for-sale workforce and market-rate townhomes include garage parking and up to 4 bedrooms. All of the homes have been constructed to LEED for Homes green building standards.   

The entire project totaling 323 homes encompasses roughly five city blocks in the area bounded by Virginia Avenue to the north, 5th Street to the east, 3rd street to the west, and L Street to the South.
