Townhouses in the first phase of Capitol Quarter have been completed and more are under construction.  Residents began moving in April, 2009. The first phase comprises 160 of the 323 total homes.  The entire first phase is sold out and will be occupied by July of 2010 and the public rental untis will be completely occupied by the end of the 2010 summer.   The second phase of an additional 163 homes is scheduled to begin construction in the 4Q of 2010.  

The enitre project totaling 323 homes will encompass the area bound by Virginia Avenue to the north, 5th Street to the east, 3rd street to the west, and L Street to the South.
