There will be three retail pavilions located in a new riverfront park on the Anacostia River. Pavilion 1 is an adaptive reuse of a former Navy Yard Lumber Shed building into a two-level glass retail pavilion comprising 34,700 sq. ft. The Lumber Shed pavilion is currently targeted to be completed between 2012-2013. There is a second and a third retail pavilion comprising 7,600 sq. ft. and 15,200 sq. ft. respectively that will be built in a later phase.
