Each day more workers, residents and visitors come to enjoy and experience the Capitol Riverfront’s dynamic business center, urban neighborhood, baseball and entertainment district, and world class parks and waterfront. The Capitol Riverfront is vibrant and active, it is DC's urban life at the river's edge.

Upon achieving build-out, the Capitol Riverfront will include 12 to 15 million square feet of office space, approximately 9,000 residential units, over 1,200 hotel rooms, approximately 800,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, and four world-class parks and the Anacostia Riverwalk trail system. It is anticipated that this build-out will occur within the short time period of the next 15-20 years. The Capitol Riverfront is a dynamic neighborhood with a vibrant future.
