There's never a dull moment in the workplace for Traug Keller, Community Manager at WeWork 80M in Capitol Riverfront. From the open nitro coffee and beer taps to the inviting common areas, WeWork truly offers itself as a collaborative space for its members and employees.
Capitol Riverfront is the most exciting place to witness the growth of Washington, DC. New restaurants, modern apartment buildings and bars open every month, and one of Major League Baseball's most exciting teams is right next door. I think there is something for everyone to do in Capitol Riverfront.
WeWork always looks to have a presence in the most dynamic neighborhoods in any city. With all the excitement surrounding Capitol Riverfront, it was an easy choice for our first southeast DC location.
I love the Yards Park area. Great food, plenty of activities, and some awesome music in the summertime.
Everyone loves how metro accessible the area is, and the great dining options for casual and formal needs. The ability to walk down M Street and get to the park is a major bonus as well.
WeWork members are constantly in a state of hustle. They work long hours, so naturally caffeine is always appreciated. We have a state of the art espresso machine and a cold brew keg supplied by one of our DC members, Common Wealth Joe.
Our members couldn’t be more excited for Cava to be opening right next door. We have a few people who moved from our Chinatown location and are so excited they get to continue to have their favorite lunch spot right next door.
We get busier every month with so many great businesses deciding to make Capitol Riverfront home. If you’d like to come and see what all the buzz is about, you can sign up for a tour right HERE! I will be giving them myself, so come on by and say hello!
