Capitol Riverfront Fall Fitness Series

Embrace the outdoors this fall season with five weeks of free fitness right in your own backyard! The Capitol Riverfront Fall Fitness Series features three classes per week taught by neighborhood fitness studios Mayweather Boxing + Fitness and VIDA Fitness at the Yards Park boardwalk. Registering for each class you plan to attend is encouraged. Check out the full schedule below and sign up via the Eventbrite website.

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays at 6:30 am: HIIT workout with VIDA Fitness 
  • Thursdays at 7:00 am: Sunrise Yoga with VIDA Fitness
  • Sundays at 8:00 am: Boxing with Mayweather Boxing + Fitness
