Capitol Riverfront Spring Fitness Series
The Capitol Riverfront BID has partnered with local fitness studios Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, 9Round Kickboxing, and VIDA Fitnessto present five weeks of free fitness on the Yards Park boardwalk (355 Water Street, SE). Check out the full schedule below and register for every class you want to attend!
Schedule:
Sundays @ 8:30 am - Boxing + HIIT with Mayweather Boxing + Fitness
Tuesdays @ 7:30 am - Kickboxing with 9Round Fitness
Thursdays @ 7:00 am - Sunrise Yoga with VIDA Fitness
Additional reminders:
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class to allow time for check-in
- Remember to bring your own yoga mat (when applicable) and water bottle to classes
