Children's Yoga + Mindfulness
Since we love Kids in Canal Wednesdays so much, we are extending the series to August 30th with a Children's Yoga + Mindfulness class taught by health and wellness coach, LaShone Wilson. Class targeted for kids 3-7 years old, but older, younger, parents and guardians are welcome to join!
LaShone's company One Breath at a Time, Mindful Living & Wellness Services currently teaches yoga and mindful living to over 200 children per week in the DC public school system.
