Crossfit Injury Prevention Workshop
This is an open workshop for all crossfitters, gym rats, and anybody who likes to push their limits! The Rose Physical Therapists will break down some of the common deficits they see in crossfitters and how to address them. They will also discuss the cycle of injury from inflammation to scar tissue and what you need to do at each stage of healing. Get ready for a fun and interactive workshop!
Note that they do not allow shoes on the floor so wear some socks without holes, or with holes if you want to show off your toes.
