From Friday, July 30th through Sunday, August 1st, the Sun Deck at The Yards will be transformed into an Instagrammable installation with a retro ice cream parlor theme. Visitors can enjoy a scoop and snap a pic all three days, but the first 100 guests on July 31 and August 1 to post a photo tagging @theyardsdc will receive a free scoop from Ice Cream Jubilee and Jeni's Ice Cream.
