Learn How to Make Kimchi!
Founder, Patrice Cunningham, of Tae-Gu Kimchi presents a monthly intimate kimchi making class at Bonchon. Learn how to make authentic Korean Kimchi and have a ‘take-home’ experience that will stay with you forever.
This small class of ten will get hands-on experience of making traditional kimchi to take home! We will also enjoy the fruits of our labor with pairings of pork belly, makgeolli (Korean Rice Wine), and oysters, with our freshly-made kimchi. Tasting Items will include Pork and Shellfish.
After a short briefing of the history of kimchi, we will go over all the ingredients and supplies (Guests will have their own ingredients) and walk you through the process of making traditional Napa Cabbage Kimchi.
