Tuesday at 7:00 pm: Conditioning with Tim Williams (Orangetheory Fitness) in Yards Park
Wednesday at 6:30 am: Resistance Training with Sharita Jennings in Yards Park
Wednesday at 7:00 pm: Jazzercise with Olivia Logan in Yards Park
Saturday 8:00 am: Yoga with Christine Barford (VIDA Fitness)
