Ice Cream Jubilee

Victoria Lai started creating her own custom ice cream flavors in her apartment kitchen in 2009. A few years later Ice Cream Jubilee was born and has since garnered many awards. Founded by Virginia Arrisueño in 2016, Steadfast Supply has since grown into a well-known establishment. This family-owned restaurant is operated by co-owners Sara Quinteros-Shilling and her husband Reid Shilling. Niki Lang is one-third and the sole female on the team of partners who own Maxwell Park.
