The free 8th Annual Pumpkins in the Park returns on October 30 with another community gathering at Canal Park where the park's mid-block will transform into the neighborhood's very own pumpkin patch. Pets are welcome to pawticipate in a FREE costume contest judged by a local group of dog aficionados, complete with $100 prize to the first place winner; and the first 50 humans - accompanying a pet of course - to snag a drink ticket at entry will enjoy a complimentary seasonal beer at the Sandlot bar.
