The new 41,000 seat facility along the Anacostia River includes a number of exciting fan amenities including luxury suites, club level seating, restaurant/sport bar, picnic area, family plaza, public art and more, while also striving to be the most environmentally friendly MLB ballpark ever. It is the first LEED certified stadium in the country. 2.3+ million patrons visited the ballpark in 2008.
