Spring Fitness Series

Get your body moving and work-out that negative energy with our Capitol Riverfront Spring Fitness Series! We’ve partnered with local fitness studios like Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, 9Round Fitness, and VIDA Fitness to bring you five weeks of free fitness classes on the Yards Park boardwalk. Each week will bring a full schedule of classes tailored for all experience levels. Sundays will have boxing + HIIT classes with Mayweather at 8:30 am; Tuesdays will have kickboxing classes with 9Round at 7:30 am; and Thursdays will have sunrise yoga with VIDA at 7:00 am. Headache Masterclass with Rose PT

Rose Physical Therapy Group is educating the community on the common causes and fixes for stress-induced tension headaches. Rose PT will host a Headache/ TMJ Masterclass on April 29, at 9:00 am. This masterclass is an interactive workshop that will address the physical consequences and issues related to headaches, TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction) and posture. This workshop is especially geared toward people with desk jobs and will educate participants on how to prevent or get rid of a headache during the workday.
